We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return an item. Please follow the guidelines below to determine the appropriate next steps.


Changed Your Mind or Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?

We do accept returns if you’ve had a change of mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at customerservice@roshaliving.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If your return meets these requirements:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • You will receive a refund for the product price, less any original shipping charges.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return is received.


Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

We apologize if your order was not received in perfect condition. Our customer support team is here to assist and will work promptly to resolve the issue.

To report a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact Rosha Living Customer Care at customerservice@roshaliving.com to request a Return Authorization Number and initiate a replacement, refund, or credit.

  • Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

Please note: It may take up to 7 business days to process returns or credits once the item is received at our facility.
